Job Description

Working Location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest standard of customer service at the Reception Desk
  • Responsible for checking in and checking out of hotel guests, recording arrivals and departures in Opera system
  • Prepare guests folios and keep the room status up-to-date for occupied, vacant and unclean room
  • Provide all telephone activities and services at the 1 Call Service Centre
  • Answer all guests enquiries related to hotel activities and facilities
  • Ensure the highest standard of customer service is extended to all hotel guests

 

Requirements:

  • Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Management is preferable
  • With 1 year experience in hotel Front Desk would be an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and Opera
  • Proficient in both spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
