Job Description
- F.5 or above;
- Fresh graduates are welcome;
- Customer service experience in E-commerce/ Telecommunication/ ICT industry preferred but not a must;
- Experience in call centre is preferred but not a must;
- Handling inquiries through emails or inbound calls;
- Provide after-sales service to customers;
- No need to cold-call;
- Good customer service and problem solving skills;
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Positions.
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: HK$11K-23K + discretionary bonus;
- Working location: Kowloon Bay;
- 5-day work;
- Good fringe benefits including banking holiday, etc.
