• F.5 or above;
• Fresh graduates are welcome;
• Customer service experience in E-commerce/ Telecommunication/ ICT industry preferred but not a must;
• Experience in call centre is preferred but not a must;
• Handling inquiries through emails or inbound calls;
• Provide after-sales service to customers;
• No need to cold-call;
• Good customer service and problem solving skills;
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Positions.

Remarks:

• Monthly salary: HK$11K-23K + discretionary bonus;
• Working location: Kowloon Bay;
• 5-day work;
• Good fringe benefits including banking holiday, etc.
