Responsibilities: 

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate internal resources to achieve KPI 
• Liaise and negotiate with service providers, overseas agent, suppliers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvement​ 

 Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse/redemption centre operations with at least 3 years in managerial level.
• Experience in order fulfillment, shipping, delivery and international trade is a must
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make sound judgments and decisions be able work under pressure and handle tough / complicated issues with flexibility
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Analytical and team player
