Job Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Running, checking and sending reports and service information to assigned clients
  • Referring unresolved issues to appropriate departments or escalating to Client Services Supervisor as appropriate
  • Producing all credit/debit notes on behalf of clients
  • Monitoring client Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and escalating unresolved issues to Client Services Supervisor as appropriate
  • Monitor and initial reply to emails from clients – onward allocation to relevant department and escalation to Supervisor when appropriate
  • Liaising with all the customers of assigned clients to build relationships, resolve queries, answer questions and relay information
  • Dealing with e-mails sent to client public folders.
  • Acting as back-up support to assigned individuals
  • Responsible for managing their clients during any absence
  • Performing ad hoc tasks upon management request 
  • Updating assigned customers with any changes within the GSM organization that could have an impact on their business
  • Processing manual trade requests
  • Providing customer reviews via conference calls/video conferences/site visits
  • Validating funding and following up until completion
  • Responding to request for information from clients and internal colleagues
  • Overseeing billing process and related client communications

 Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree (financial studies), or equivalent experience
  • Progressive job-related experience resulting in specialized skills (Customer Interfacing / Client Relationships)
  • Demonstrated ability to apply somewhat diversified procedures to recurring situations, paying close attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
