Key responsibilities:

1. Report to CEO and Chairmen directly;
2. Responsible for full spectrum of all financial management duties of the operation of the Company and the Group companies in Hong Kong, China, USA, Australia and Singapore etc.;
3. Manage the production of the monthly consolidated management accounts and report providing value-added analysis and operational performance;
4. Cash management and related matters;
5. Oversee all financial compliance matters and regulators in jurisdictions where the group operates;
6. Review corporate governance and procedures and be responsible for improvements
7. Responsible for financial planning, treasury management, investment evaluations, and strategic business planning
8. Carry out corporate finance and advisory role and provide advice on feasibility and financial impact of investments, alliances with strategic partners, mergers and acquisitions.
9. Liaises with independent auditors, bankers, corporation and other legal and tax advisers.

Qualifications:

1. University degree in Accounting with HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications Study in western countries is preferable
2. Over 15 years of solid experience in finance strategic planning and business partnering plus not less than 5 years’ experience serving as CFO.
3. Finance management experience gained from sizable multinational corporation preferred
4. Strong in evaluating business processes, driving and implementing strategic changes
5. Self-driven, charismatic, confident and project management skills
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Fluent in English and Mandarin
8. Willing to travel China and overseas.
