The Job

• Handle daily operation in account receivable and debt collection
• Follow up with customers enquiries and debt collection proactively
• Coordinate with division in resolving billing disputes
• Follow up credit limit / account release issue
• Responsible for AR Reporting and other ad hoc duty
• AR reporting and monthly analysis report
• Other some ad hoc tasks

The Person

• Higher diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Credit Control/ Accounts Receivable
• Good time management and priority setting with track records of success
• Organized, capable to work independently
• Good analytical mind and good team player
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS excel
• Good command  in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
