Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible of all data entry in the books and accounting documents filing
- Analysis and reconciliation of all accounts in General Ledger
- Process accurate and timely payments to vendor
- Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as needed
You:
- Have experience in Accounting, a diploma or qualification in Accounting is preferred.
- Have knowledge of the practices and procedures of basic accounting and/or bookkeeping with at least 3 years relevant working experience.
- Are detail-oriented, well-organized, numerically sensitive, and ableto deliver accurate, quality work.
- Familiarity with Xero is an advantage.
- Are proficienct in MS word & Excel.
- Have good command of both spoken and written English.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
