Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and following up with suppliers for ordering and shipment issues
• Prepare replenishment and allocation plan in order to maintain optimal stock and SKU's holding at all stores
• Maintain and monitor the database for the buying team
• Prepare reports and analyses for monitoring the effectiveness of the product and pricing strategies
• Assist in other ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Fashion or related disciplines
• 3 years solid buying experience of garment in retail chain environment
• Work experience in retail operation will be an advantage
• Acute market sense with strong analytical mind
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant, positive and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
• Willing to work overtime
