Job Description

The Job :

- Manage and support the overall human resources operations, including recruitment, C & B, performance management & budgeting

- Handle C & B matters and manage monthly payroll verification

- Assist in formulating, planning and implement HR strategies and policies

- Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements :

- Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines

- At least 6 years experience in Human Resources with 3 years at managerial level

- Experience in security system / property management industry will be an advantage

- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and Human Resources practices in Hong Kong

- Excellent communication, planning, analytical and people management skills

- Proficient in MS Office application

- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
