Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility of accounting and reporting
• Review the daily and monthly FRR for monitoring the sufficient liquid capital & FRR report for SFC filing
• Liaise with various parties to facilitate daily accounting operations
• Overseeing and preparing tax and statutory compliance matters
• Assist manager in the cash flow projection

 Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in accounting, finance or relevant disciplines
• Professional qualification in HKICPA or ACCA
• At least 3 years relevant experience in securities industry, with comprehensive knowledge of HK accounting standards and other regulatory requirements
• Experience in audit firm
• Solid experience in FRR & SFC preparation
• Proficiency in computer applications including MS Word & Excel
• Detail-minded, positive attitude, self-motivated and strong communication skills
• Mature, responsible and can work independently and co-operate with Group’s Finance Team
• Proficiency in written & spoken English, Mandarin is must
