Job Responsibilities:

• Work independently and co-ordinate with the Contract Manager, consultants and contractors for all project related activities to ensure the completion of projects in a cost-effective manner and within the time frame and quality standards
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track Government submissions
• Keep the project within financial budgets and deadlines
• Provide overall coordination and supervision of the design works
• Monitor project from conceptual design and integration of market research into design
• Conduct market research and collect market updates
• Co-ordinate and liaise with the internal departments and consult with external consultants about the design
• Prepare project designs and plans
• Ensure the designs and drawings are compliant with submission requirements
• Participate in land acquisition and negotiate with contractors & other professionals
• Prepare drawings & tender documents for projects and participate in awarding construction contract
• Participate in all meetings related to the project
• Participate in on-site checking and measurement, to ensure all phases of the project follow the design and with high quality
• Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction
• Manage the sustainable development of the projects

Education, Qualifications, and Experience:

• Professional qualifications as Member of HKIA, HKIS (in BS discipline) or equivalent
• Registered as an Authorized Person in compliance with the Buildings Ordinance
• Minimum 5-10 years' AP experience with property developers or consultant firms
• Experience in handling small and large-scale residential projects in HK
• Responsible for prestigious residential and commercial developments in HK
• Knowledgeable of local regulations and procedures of building, planning and lands
• Proven experience in producing interior design details & construction drawings;
• Working knowledge of BIM and BEAM Plus
• A reliable and creative nature with a good sense of Design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, and MS Office, Chinese Word Processing;
• Willing to work overtime, under pressure and meet tight schedule;
• Able to work independently, strong organization and leadership skills with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Project Manager
