Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage regular and emergency repair and maintenance works (E&M and Builders’ Work) for properties;
• Lead a technical team to preform day to day maintenance;
• Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation;
• Coordinate with all the relevant parties regarding safety working environment;
• Keep proper records of all documents including tendering and quotations;
• Mature, self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.

Job Requirements

• Holder of Degree/ Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience in day-to-day operation, maintenance and facilities management and with at least 3 years in supervisory level;
• Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B or above);
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Good knowledge of PC with MS Office application.
