This position is responsible for service sales, retain customer, increase sales and provide value creation and expansion to the business. Core responsibilities are:

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationship, thoroughly plan, prepare and follow up customer visits
• Renewals of the assigned accounts
• Coach customers and share knowledge
• Reinforce Abbott’s total solution value offering
• Identify and resolve customer pain points
• Being the first line level service, may require instrument installation & commissioning
• Contract management, assess service sales and service cost
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Bio Medical / Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical / Medical Technology or Commercial is preferred.  
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Trouble shooting and problem solving skills
• Negotiation skills, strong sales skills
• Strong work ethic, service-minded
