Job Description:

On behalf of the landlord, be responsible for monitoring hotel’s operations and financial performance, assist and supervise outsource hotel management firm to set targets, maintain the hotel property according to our corporate vision.

• Monitor the hotel management operator in ensuring that hotel’s repair/maintenance/upgrades and major procurement plans are carried out
• Produce comprehensive monthly operation analysis reports and communicate regularly with the outsource management team to ensure that well execution of the sales & marketing strategies are implemented
• Participate in hotel operation and sales meetings, including but not limited to hotel executive meeting, monthly budget meetings and marketing conferences
• Facilitate the hotel management operator in building up and maintain relationship with media or any related public relations
• Monitor of vendor selection process to conduct business audits, safety inspections, financial research and other work
• Ensure proper internal control procedures are in place and are in compliance with audit’s requirements
• Work with management team to review feedbacks and improve on the service standards of the hotel
• Review the Sales and Marketing Plan put forth by the management team and make suggestions for improvements

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or above working experience in branded hotel
• Have previous track record of working in international well-known hotel management firms
• Familiar with Hong Kong hotel management standards and regulations, expert in hotel investment and operation management
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills
