• Degree or other recognized insurance qualification
• Min. 5 years of insurance experience gained in sizable general insurance company
• Provide excellent service to customers from all channels
• Answer customer enquiries and provide one stop service to satisfy customer needs
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer problems
• Follow up with customers to collect outstanding premium
• Handle any ad-hoc projects
• Good service attitude with good customer service skill
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese, including Putonghua
• Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure
• Familiar with MS Office applications
