Responsibilities: 

• Day to day project coordination between clients, external contractors and internal teams to make sure smooth work flow
• Deliver client servicing, supplier sourcing, clerical supporting and assist in report compiling, event co-ordination and on-site supporting, database updating, information researching & program monitoring

Requirements:

• University graduated
• 2-3 years working experience in marketing and advertising field, experience in event and exhibition industry is an advantage
• Excellent command in both written & spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• This position is required to stay at client office for project co-ordination every week
• Well-organizing and good marketing Sense
• Pro-active, positive, enthusiastic and outgoing personality
• Able to work under pressure, tight schedule and limited supervision
