Responsible in:

- Handling financial reporting, management reporting, month-end closing, purchase-to-payment cycle, cash flow management

- Liaising with other departments / business units / Regional / HQ on a range of issues

- Carrying out financial analysis and prepare related reports

- Participating and/or leading the system improvement and/or integration projects

- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all aspects and being comfortable with flexible/long hours working schedule to meet the due dates or sometimes on weekend when it's necessary

Assist in:

- Preparing/driving budget/forecast, external/internal auditing process, developing annual budget and plans that are aligned with company strategies

- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies

- Handling other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head of Finance HK&SEA   

Required:

- Strong financial acumen

- Strong knowledge in USGAAP, local GAAP and local Tax regulations

- Strong sense of business

- Proficient in ERP/FInancial Systems : SAP (FI/CO), BI, Cognos

- Excellent in Excel (i.e. Vlookup, Pivot Table)

- Detail oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilities

- Good interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

- Qualified Accountant, with a Degree in Accountancy / Finance or related discipline.

- 6-8 years of experience with 2-3 years at audit firm, preferably from Big 4.

- Experience in MNC environment and healthcare companies is preferred
