Responsibilities

• Drive and grow revenue for the Ecommerce business;
• Implement online Ecommerce sales strategies to exceed company revenue targets;
• Recruit, retain and grow merchants in different product categories on our online platform;
• Understand Ecommerce business dynamics, online buyers and sellers' behaviours and competitive environment to derive strategy and initiatives;
• Work with various internal teams to execute growth initiatives and take care of the operational details.

Competencies

• Degree holder is required, MBA a plus;
• 6 years of experience, preferably in sales, internet, or Ecommerce business;
• Experienced in retail merchants recruitment with proven track record of managing and growing a business;
• Proven track record in achieving revenue and sales goals;
• Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing research and analytics;
• Strong persuasion, interpersonal and business development skill are essential;
• Proactive, dynamic with strong business sense and able to act like a business owner;
• Aggressive, fast learning, self-motivated with good communication and negotiation skills;
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
