Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for deal sourcing and project planning for Overseas real estate;
• Explore and identify potential Overseas real estate development projects especially in USA;
• Conduct research on special topics in support of the capital raising activities;
• Conduct feasibilities studies / due diligence on potential projects;
• Setup key project milestones and define realistic project program timeline;
• Cost planning and management and make justifiable recommendations to Management;
• Keep abreast of changing USA real estate market including but not limited to local practices and regulations, etc.;
• Occasional travel is required.

Requirements:-

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Real Estate, Legal, Surveying, Finance or other relevant disciplines;
• At least 3 years’ experience in project management and planning in real estate development projects or consulting firms;
• Strong numerical sense;
• Good problem solving, analytical, communication and report writing skills;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, excellent in Putonghua;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
