Our client is a property developer with a large scale of project in China which is mainly residential and commercial complex.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Chairman
• Responsible for the overall planning, implementing and monitoring, market positioning of leading the commercial and residential complex located in the prime area in Shenzhen
• Manage the works of architects, engineers and other consultants to complete the project works that meet the company objectives within time and budget
• Review status of projects periodically and communicate with Top Management prior to all major decisions making on all critical issues of projects
• Liaise with relevant government departments to achieve development objectives, with particular emphasis on architectural excellence

Requirements:

• Candidates should have a degree in Architectural /Building Engineering / Construction or related disciplines and member of recognized professional bodies (e.g. member HKIA / HKIE / RICS / CIOB / Chartered Engineer / PRC Class 1 Registered Architect)
• Recent experience should be at General Manager level.
• At least 20 years of relevant experience, of which at least 10 years must be in a senior management capacity overseeing large-scale construction projects and prestigious property development in China.
• Familiar with PRC regulations and experience in China project
• Good communication and managerial skills in handling development projects
