Responsibilities:

-          Assist the Administration Manager in managing the company’s major assets, i.e. vehicles and equipment

-          Provide support to routine maintenance and annual examination of company vehicles

-          Coordinate with service providers and monitor the repair progress of company vehicles or equipment

-          Arrange regular calibration of company equipment

-          Prepare regular reports to the team

-          Participate in other administrative affairs as assigned

Requirements:

-          Higher Certificate or above in Business Administration / Engineering or related disciplines

-          Min 2 years’ working experience in administrative affairs

-          Holder of valid driving license and at least 2 years’ solid experience is a must

-          Experience in managing company assets / vehicles maintenance is a plus

-          Familiar with Microsoft Office

-          Independent with initiative, fast learner

-          Immediate available is preferred

-          Working location: Tsuen Wan
