Job Responsibilities: 
 

• To input suppliers' and subcontractors' invoice data.
• To maintain and report inventory record periodically.
• To handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, circulation of documents; maintain filing system for tenders, procurement, maintenance works, etc.
• To prepare site inspection report for maintenance works.
• To prepare company information for tender pre-qualification.
• To handle department members’ application for travel, entertainment, leave, etc., and follow up their daily / monthly submission / claim including expense claim and timesheet.
• To handle office routine work including photocopying, faxing, filing, distribution of documents, etc.
• To perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements: 

• Diploma or above with secretarial training is preferable.
• Minimum 2 years working experience.
• Experience in façade curtain wall / construction field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in PC operations, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua.
• Good team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure.
