Our client is a world leading supplier of high performance specialty chemicals and coatings. They are now looking for a Senior regional IT Manager focusing on driving business growth by different IT solution.

Job Description

Reporting to global Head of IT, you will be the key person to drive projects relating to systems and infrastructure in Asia and provide high quality support for infrastructure service:

• Develop technology strategies that align within the overall business strategy
• Transform complex business requirements to IT requirements & implement by technology teams
• Follow up & manage the selection of appropriate IT solutions.
• Look for opportunities to leverage technology to achieve business goals of different business units. 
• Participate in the IT annual budgeting, workflow planning for the assigned business units, business Leadership meetings and keep track on IT spending.
• Develop and manage the relationship between internal and external partners (business units, service providers).
• Manage & drive all IT projects for the assigned business units.

 Why you?

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering or related discipline
• MBA is a plus
• At least 10 years in IT working experience with 5 years supervisory experience
• Strong people management & communications skills to all stakeholders at all levels is a must
• Certificates in ITIL Foundations, PMP is highly desirable
• At least one full life cycle in ERP implementation (SAP / Hyperion / JDEdward)
• Experience in cloud solutions in both infrastructure and software
• Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
