Responsibilities:

• Overall planning and execution of assigned event(s);
• Plan and forecast budget and revenue and monitor expenses of assigned event(s);
• Establish and maintain good relationships with sales agents, vendors, partners and key clients;
• Plan and monitor the implementation of on-site events;
• Lead the team to complete the task assigned to meet sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction;
• Supervise all on-site management.
• Ensure all activities follow the working processes of other teams / vendors
• Responsible for project planning, risk management and crisis management

Requirement:

• Degree Holder, preferably in Event Management / Communication or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of events project supervision experience and strong leadership skills will be an advantage
• Creative, strong marketing sense and responsible
• A good team player with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to details and capability of multi-tasking
• Outgoing personality and high EQ to face difficulty;
• Aggressive, enthusiastic, independent, detail-minded, result-oriented and well-organized;
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Willing to take responsibility and able to work under pressure to achieve targets;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Willing to travel overseas.
