Responsibility

Follow and maintain project management plan in order to meet the project schedule and budget.

Marketing Research – writing project proposals, the feasibility analysis report and investment analysis.

Travel to mainland China to inspect and supervise projects.

Report to Business Development Director regularly.

To assist in dealing with other company matters.

 

跟進及維持項目管理計劃，以符合項目預定的籌備時間及預算。

 

市場調查－編寫項目計劃書、可行性研究報告及投資分析。

 

到內地公幹，以考察及監督項目。

 

定期向項目發展總監報告項目進度。

 

協助處理其他公司事務。

 

Requirement

A Bachelor’s Degree or other qualifications of equivalent standard in Architecture, Business, Marketing or other subjects related to real estate;

Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word);

Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibilities to work independently under pressure;

Immediate Availability is preferred;

4-5 years working experience required.

 

學士學位或任何同等學歷，修讀建築學、工商管理、市場策劃或其他與房地產相關的科目；

 

精通微軟辦公室軟件（PowerPoint, Excel and Word）；

 

優秀的普通話、英語和粵語的書寫及會話能力;

 

個性主動，負有強烈責任感，並能於壓力下獨立工作；

 

能即時上班較佳；

 

四至五年工作經驗。
