Job summary

• Based in Hong Kong and report to the Legal Manager
• Responsible for the Group's company secretarial function for HK and overseas business subsidiaries (around 20-30) to ensure compliance with listing rules and statutory requirements
• Weekly travel to Shenzhen HQ
• Manage statutory books and records, registers, database
• Organize general meetings and prepare agenda and board minutes
• Coordinate with external regulatory bodies, shareholders, solicitors and bankers

Candidate specification

• Degree holder in related discipline and Associate Member of ICSA / HKICS
• At least 6-8 years work experience gained from professional services firms or corporations with active overseas subsidaries
• All rounded company secretarial experience and able to handle full range of company secretarial work independently
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
