We are looking for talented individuals who have strong interest in business analysis and market research to work with us. As a Senior Business Analyst, support Assistant Manager to monitor and manage the Business Analyst team and provide mentoring to Business Analyst Trainees. Fulfill all report types including the more complex reports and involve in product development projects. This is a good opportunity for gaining understanding and exposure to the business environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide mentoring and coaching to Business Analyst Trainees about initial induction and training on fulfillment on all report types
• Monitor team members performance and consolidate monthly performance records of BAs for Assistant Manager’s review and approval
• Gather and study various information on business / industrial / operational models
• Conduct business interviews (mainly through telephone) with managerial staffs of Hong Kong companies to obtain business information either in qualitative or quantitative approach
• Conduct statistical analysis to evaluate sources of action and justify business recommendations
• Compile research/ industry/ business intelligence reports with business insights
• Compile and produce reports on assigned projects for Assistant Manager’s review
• To work closely with all related parties to ensure the clients projects running smoothly and timely in an cost efficient manner

Requirements:

• University graduated in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines
• At least 2- 3 years working experience as Business Analyst
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sensitive to numbers and attention to details
• Responsible, multi-tasking, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Mature, business sense and good time management
• Strategic thinker and creative marketer
