Job Duties:

1. Manage and liaise on all sales, leasing and tenancy renewals of group’s properties
2. Conduct marketing research, data analysis and compile regular reports for leasing and sales to supervisor and top management
3. Coordinate and maintain good relationship with tenants, agents, government bodies, vendors, property management companies, etc.
4. Identify, explore and liaise with potential clients
5. Manage handover and takeover of premises
6. Handle complaints/requests from tenants, follow up and monitor repair and maintenance projects and assist on other property management matters as assigned
7. Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

1. Diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Business or property-related disciplines
2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience.Solid experience in leasing of commercial properties / shopping mall gained from estate agency preferable
3. An independent, proactive, energetic team player
4. Good business sense, market awareness and analytical mind
5. Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills with proven ability to build strong client relationships
6. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an asset
7. Familiar with tenancy agreements, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidations) Ordinance, DMC, BMO and other related legal documents
8. Candidates who have more experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager
