Job Descriptions:

• Assist in implementation of the new SAP system, including but not limited to data input, checking, administration works and data generating
• Prepare regular reports for management review
• Provide clerical support to leasing team and maintain proper leasing and property management records and filing
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Preferably University graduate in Property Management or related discipline with 2-3 years’ relevant experience in property field
• Detail-minded and with strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently and with high level of initiative and commitment
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good PC skills on MS Office
• Immediate available is highly preferred
