- University graduate
- 3-4 years relevant experience with multi-cultural background
- Solid experience in office administration and customer service
- Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- Cheerful, detail-oriented, flexible with good interpersonal skills
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of administration functions and office supplies control
- Responsible for travel arrangement, contract renewal and equipment maintenance
- Prepare various regular reports and to ensure the daily smooth operation
