Job Requirements

  • University graduate
  • 3-4 years relevant experience with multi-cultural background
  • Solid experience in office administration and customer service
  • Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook etc
  • Cheerful, detail-oriented, flexible with good interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of administration functions and office supplies control
  • Responsible for travel arrangement, contract renewal and equipment maintenance
  • Prepare various regular reports and to ensure the daily smooth operation
  • Handle incoming enquiries & requests and provide instant solutions
