Job Description
We are looking for a Warehouse superstar to join the Grana family. Responsible for the day-to-day operations in our warehouse, ranging from inbound shipments from factories to picking & packing outbound shipments to our customers, the role offers essential support to the warehouse team and directly impacts the service experience received by our customers.
We pride ourselves on offering awesome customer service and a big part of that is doing our own order fulfillment in-house; something we see as a core competency of our business. Growing from a 500sqft warehouse early 2014 we are now working from a 6,000sqft warehouse in Wong Chuk Hang. In 2016, we will be opening a 30,000sqft warehouse in Hong Kong and this role offers great future growth potential, as you will play a crucial role in the transition to this state-of-the-art warehouse.
We are looking for highly motivated, detail-orientated people who love the challenge of offering great service. You should be able to solve problems, make your own decisions and be an all-round team hero. You will work closely with many other teams including product, customer service and logistics to make sure we are the most loved company in the world.
YOU
- Will help manage the most important elements of the warehouse such as picking, packing and shipping of orders to our customers in a manner that is consistent with our high customer service standards.
- Have a high level of attention to detail and feel uncomfortable with error.
- Should be all about optimizing accuracy, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Thrive on understanding and solving issues.
- Like to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listens to others.
- Will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to optimize processes and communication, and co-ordinate both inbound and outbound shipments.
- Can adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
- Are a team player and willing to be a part of a fun and growing start up.
