Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide procurement support services to Store Planning Department
- Coordinate the project of materials procurement, including production, inventory control, packaging, cost control and logistic arrangement etc.
- Prepare contract budget, cost estimation and evaluation of tender submission
- Negotiate and communicate with vendors/ suppliers on pricing and maintain with good relationship
- Handle related quotation, agreement and payment issues
- Handle purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders
- Other duties as assigned, travel is required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Tertiary educated in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field
- With some experience in store projects coordination is an advantage
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, producing construction / working drawings and Microsoft office
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure
- Immediate available is preferred
