Job Description

Responsibilities:                             

  • Provide procurement support services to Store Planning Department
  • Coordinate the project of materials procurement, including production, inventory control, packaging, cost control and logistic arrangement etc.
  • Prepare contract budget, cost estimation and evaluation of tender submission
  • Negotiate and communicate with vendors/ suppliers on pricing and maintain with good relationship
  • Handle related quotation, agreement and payment issues
  • Handle purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders
  • Other duties as assigned, travel is required

 

Requirements:                                                                          

  • Higher Diploma or Tertiary educated in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field
  • With some experience in store projects coordination is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD, producing construction / working drawings and Microsoft office
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure
  • Immediate available is preferred
