Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support to Executive. Duties include but not limited to meeting arrangement, preparation of minutes and agendas, drafting of correspondence, travel arrangement etc
• Generate reports and organize analysis on various aspects, including operation, customer services, quality control, project development and property management etc
• Liaise and handle enquiries of both internal and external parties
• Contact Person of executive to liaise and carry out personal assistant duties
• Manage schedule for the executive
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with formal secretarial training
• 3 years or above administrative / secretarial experience preferably in catering industry
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• High proficiency in computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing, PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work under pressure and tight schedule, self-motivated and high efficiency with multi-tasking
