The Job :

• To develop and delivery HR initiatives, workforce planning, C&B and staff development programs with the aim to support the company’s sustainability growth strategies
• To provide professional consultancy services to management/line managers
• To be responsible for employee communication and caring programs for promoting workplace harmonious

The Person :

• Degree holder in HRM or related discipline
• At least 5 years related experience in supervisory level, prior experience in manufacturing sector and PRC environment are preferably
• Open mindset, proactive, independent as well as a decisive problem solver who can communicate with different levels of employees effectively
• High proficiency in English and Mandarin is a prerequisite
