Job Description
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Assist in SFC license application in management and execution of the firm ;
- Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 6 regulated activities of the firm ;
- Comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and standard of good market practices;
Requirements
- Currently holding SFC RO license Type 6 (No requirements on Takeover Code nor IPO experience);
- Excellent knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities ;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
