Position: Architectural Assistant

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years local experience in the field of architectural design

• Self-motivated, creative, with passion in architectural & interior design

• Able to work independently & as a good team player

• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese

• Willing to work overtime, under pressure & meet tight schedules

• Experience in handling design development, detail design & tender package

• Knowledge in Hong Kong statutory requirements, government submissions, & contract administration practices

• Attend meetings and coordination with clients, consultants, & construction teams

• Proficient in Photoshop, Auto CAD, MS Word, PowerPoint, other 3D software etc.

• Immediate availability is preferred

Position : CAD JUNIOR DRAFTSMAN / DRAFTSMAN

• At least 2 years / 5 years relevant experience in Architecture field;

• Have min. 1 year / 3 years of experience preparing construction drawings;

• Good communication and team skills;

• Self-motivated and hard working;

• Able to start immediately is an advantage.
