Responsibilities:

• Monitor the design and execution of works, quality elements and achieve target programme;
• Oversee and supervise site activities and liaise with clients and subcontractors;
• Monitor contractual and technical matters for projects;
• Ensure all construction activities are complied with contractual and statutory requirements;
• Measure work progress, adequacy and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above preferably in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in interior construction
• Independent, Self motivated, well organized and hardworking
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Chinese
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft programme
• Immediately available is preferred
