Key Responsibilities:

- Lead product development team and technical team to support company business operation.

- Work closely with senior executive team to set up right strategies for product development function and technical center; ensure the successful execution of the strategies.

- Build high-capability teams for product development and technical center; Drive the high performance from the teams.

- Envision product development and technical support services that meet consumer needs or solve business problems.
- Collaborate with different related parties for product development; taking business requirements and offering optimal solutions..

- Work closely with global customer on short-cycle developments and ensure a consistent and efficient development workflow pipeline is maintained.

- Keep close communication with global customersto exchange ideas of product requirements and solve any technical or quality issue.  

- Prioritize in-house development packets to increase the effectiveness of sample room operation

- Ensure the company development protocol is strictly enforced in factory and followed by garment vendors

- Keep research on the global fashion trends and up-to-date garment techniques

Candidate Requirement:
- University graduate, major in Clothing or related discipline 

- Minimum 8 years of related experience working in a western garment fashion company; at least 3 years experience at management roles 

- A strong character who is proactive, passionate, energetic and result oriented 

- Excellent communication skill 

- Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred  

- Strong knowledge of western fashion standard and taste 

- Well aware of fashion trends and up-to-date garment techniques

- Willing to work in China and can accept frequent travel for business needs.

- Candidate from European countries or USA is preferred.

- Employment contract can be under HK.

- Work location is based in Shenzhen and HK.
