We are looking for a high caliber professional to work in a project for our client, a large scale investment bank.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the head of IT Internal Control to perform and coordinate various control related events including Control Self-Assessment and local regulator’s assessment exercise
• The responsibility of the positionl includes dealing with matters related to regular audit exercise (both internal and external), Contract Management process, Incident Management process, IT Security process, Quality Assurance related to operational risk management, and improvement of operation efficiency.
• Events of IT Internal Control cover all business areas that IT Services involved , including but not limit to private banking, equities brokerage and trading, fixed income trading, corporate finance, equities capital market, debt capital market, asset management, corporate and structured lending.
• Provide independent and objective advice to management for improving Information Technology’s operations such as:
  

1. Enhance overall IT control consciousness of staff and management;
   
2. Assist further development on IT control standards and look for possibility of quality improvement; and Other duties assigned by the supervisors 
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in the field of accountancy or equivalent
• Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) Preferred
• Knowledge law and legal terms is highly desirable
• Knowledge in regulatory requirements in financial industry is a must
• 3 to 5 years of internal or external auditor’s experience and ideally gained from Big 4 accountancy firm, investment bank and/or leading financial institution
• Self-motivated, well-organized and a respected management professional with high standards of integrity
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Fluent speaking in Mandarin is expected
