• Degree holder in Accountancy with professional accounting qualification or equivalent.

• At least 5 years accounting experience in manufacturing company with 5 years in relevant position.

• Previous experience gained in PRC environment an advantage.

• Solid experience in preparing consolidated financial statements and draft of interim and annual reports.

• Responsible for monthly financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting , tax planning and costing  analysis.

• Prepare monthly consolidation report for top management.

• Familiar with HK and PRC accounting practice, tax issues and custom issues is an asset advantage.

• Oversee the operation of the company's accounting department, deal with external auditors, lawyers and bankers.

• Provide effective and accurate accounting information and financial reports in a timely basis.

• Able to work under pressure and meet the tight deadline.

• Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills.

• Familiar with MS Office, Word , Excel & ERP.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

• Stay and work in China is required.

  Have experience in foreign enterprise is preferred
