Responsibilities:

• Manage AR collection, prepare monthly AR aging report,  and credit hold release for shipment
• Handle month end closing, prepare and analyze management reports and schedules
• Prepare group reporting schedules on quarterly and yearly basis
• Prepare monthly tax computation, year end audit schedules and liaise with auditors
• Prepare inter-company recharge calculation and issue statement, liaison with our overseas offices for intercompany reconciliation and settlement
• Issue debit and credit note to customers for expenses charge back
• Assist in budget and forecast
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance with accounting qualifications
• At least 6-8 years accounting experience in sizable companies or MNC organizations, audit experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP is a must
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Patient, detail-minded, a track record of stable career history
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Immediate available preferred

Candidate with lessor experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Accountant
