Responsibilities

• Assist to manage the introduction and onboarding of members into the existing Workhub community
• Collaborate with your team to build connection amongst our members through events and personal introductions, to maintain and enhance the experiences of members
• Solve member related issues to ensure a cohesive community
• Assist in organizing events for members and the public
• Promote the brand and values of the Tuspark Global Network to deliver an amazing experience in the community for members, partners and stakeholders
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above, Degree qualifications preferred
• At least 1 year working experience, experienced in operation, customer service or client relationship is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Team work, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and oral (including Putonghua)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Excel, Office, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
