Job Description

Purpose:

  • Strengthen the support for Operation and Finance team as a support and service function to our entire company.

Major Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Sales, Operation and Finance team
  • Follow up orders, handling I/E document and Tradelink system
  • Data input and report generating, monitor shipment schedule with delivery arrangement
  • Prepare purchase order, invoice, delivery note and packing list with follow up customers and suppliers payment
  • Follow up inventory control and stock in/out documentation
  • Handle account receivables
  • Handling enquiries from customers/suppliers

Requirements:

  • LCC intermediate with High diploma or above
  • Hands-on and solid, minimum 2-3 years’ experience in relevant field
  • Fluency (verbal / writing) in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
  • Detailed mind, high responsibility
  • Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Knowledge of using MYOB or Quickbook is an asset but not essential
  • Good time management and highly efficient in daily work
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and be a team player
