Responsibilities:

He / She will be responsible for the following job duties:

• Execute transaction and related advisory services engagements in financial  and tax due diligence,,accounting structuring, business valuation,financial modeling,financial advisory and related transaction support services;
• Prepare and analyze budgeting and cash flow forecast for management’s review
• Liaise with various professionals to support various regulatory compliance
• Provide support to ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirements:

University graduates in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.

• 5 to 8 years accounting / finance experience of which minimum 3 years in PRC accounting
• Well versed in both Hong Kong and China accounting practices.
• In-depth broad-based knowledge of advanced financial accounting, reporting concepts, managerial accounting and reporting concepts and processes
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, report writing, presentation and consultative skills with ability to communicate well at all levels
• Knowledge on financial modeling or Exposure to IPO, Special Audit and Due Diligence would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skill in in English and Chinese (both Mandarin & Cantonese),and writing skills including the ability to write well structured reports
• Willingness to travel to Mainland China is a must (occasionally with short notice)
• Immediate available is preferred
