Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist our multinational clients with the highest levels of support in all aspects of human resources administration; including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, MPF administration, leave management, tax filing, visa application and handling employee related insurance issues
- Provide HR solutions to meet clients’ needs and expectations
- Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of HR functions
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or relevant discipline
- Minimum 4 years solid experience in HR functions preferably in MNC
- Practical experience in handling compensation & benefit issue / employee related insurance issues
- Well versed in employment ordinance, taxation, MPF & other legal regulations
- A good understanding of communications and Customer Service
- Detailed and analytical mind; self-motivated, mature and a good team player
- Proficiency in PC applications
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is an advantage
