Responsibilities:

• Specialize in procurement and development of LED candle and related products.
• Develop and advance projects starting from early conception stage to block diagram, schematics, PCB/circuitry layout, prototype build and final production.
• Provide design review, product development, undertake R&D projects from initiation to prototype to full engagement in final product manufacture. 
• Research on new circuit and configuration designs, both analog and digital application for LED lighting by deploying ASIC/CMOS IC technology and part components.
• Liaise with suppliers in the entire developmental cycle to coordinate and facilitate between factories, customers and product team.
• Support production (both onsite and offsite) on product-technical and testing issues.
• Produce BOM and documentations, work closely with production and purchasing to make sure products are well manufactured and up to schedule.
• Creation, approval and maintenance of ongoing design documentation (BOM, drawings, instruction etc).
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma graduate in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• At least 2-5 years relevant experience in procurement and development of LED products or related areas (Consumer Electronics, Personal Cares, LED lighting/ luminaries, electronic toys etc).
• Competent project management and problem solving skill with industrialization exposure in factory production environment is preferable.
• Proficient language skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Willing to work overtime and travel,
• Frequent travel to China, including to our own Dongguan factory, will be required
• Working days : Monday-Friday and plus

• Saturday half-day if in Hong Kong (head office in Wong Chuk Hang, HK Island)
• Saturday whole day in case in China
