Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining all IT systems
• Assist in designing and generating reports for all IT systems
• Assist in designing training materials
• Prepare different workflows and manuals regarding all IT systems
• Take up training duties and provide technical supports when necessary
•                                                           

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in IT or related discipline
• 1 year of working experience in database, system management or related fields (Candidate with less experience will also be considered)
• Teaching or technical support experience is an advantage
