The Person

We are looking for an individual with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organization skills. He/She should be a good team player, mature, flexible, open-minded and able to work under pressure.

The entry requirements for this job are:

(i)             a recognized degree, preferably in Business Studies, from a university in the HKSAR, or equivalent;

(ii)           at least 2 year’s relevant experience preferably in financial industry;

(iii)          good command of English and Chinese languages; and

(iv)         proficiency in using MS Office software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

The Job

Duties will include:

(i)             providing secretarial and administrative support;

(ii)           preparing settlement instructions;

(iii)          updating records for signing authorities and lists of authorized signers and dealers;

(iv)         assisting in the preparation of correspondence with banks, counterparties and other external parties;

(v)           assisting in treasury and investment reporting matters;

(vi)         performing backup settlement responsibility;

(vii)        assisting in cashflow and liquidity management; and

(viii)      performing other duties as assigned.

Terms of Appointment and Remuneration Package

Terms of Appointment: The appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract for two years initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
