Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Fully in charge of retail business in China including retail management, sales & marketing and business development, brand building and brand management.
- Strong in strategic planning and implementation of China retail business.
- Manage own retail shops, develop sales channels in shopping malls/ department stores in China, open new shops and other business related activities, develop franchise business etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in sales management, product marketing and retail operation in the China market.
- Experience in the Fashion Apparel / Accessories industry is essential and formulating franchise business is preferable.
- Good command written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
- Stationed in Shanghai
