Responsibilities:

• Perform routine raw materials inspection, on-line and finished food products’ inspection.
• Responsible for performing calibration of equipments.
• Support the implementation of food safety, hygiene and quality assurance issues.
• Assist to investigate and follow-up the complaint case, which related to food safety and quality aspect.
• Follow-up of pest control.
• Assist to dealing with the documentation and implementation work.
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science / Food Technology or related disciplines.
• Good knowledge of safety standards (ISO22000/HACCP/GMP) and QC requirements is advantageous
• 1 year relevant experience in quality control of food industry is preferable
• Hardworking, self-initiative and willing to learn
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
